Truly gutted! No more "back to the top button"! Now I have to scroll back up manually, is this 1924 or 2024?
-
Just watched "Men In Black: International". Not a total disaster, quite enjoyed it.

Yesterday I picked up a 2019 Transit. Six speed slush box and 185 horses. By far the fastest vehicle of any kind that I've owned.

To be honest I didnt realise that the likes of an Infraction is still £699 so I suppose the rip off price for the UK shouldn't be a shock.
I look forward to seeing US customers getting a 6s Big Rock at $399 next year in a flash sale like they did with the Fireteam. Jealous, nooooooooo of course not! 🤣

Baerskin? I've given in to the ads and ordered one, anyone else tried one? Thoughts?

Oh, we lost. 😔
Well done Spain.

Just watched my 17 year old daughter in a teenage adaptation of "Six" in Watford, absolutely awesome! The girls were amazing! Blown away!

Snowden is done.
Took the Pyg trail.
Most of the ascent was OK, last bit was bad.
Decent was hard, all the way down!
Now for a very large curry!

Feet are OK, it's the knees and tendons that're feeling sore.
Cheers, curry was good quality and decent size.
The rest room/shop/cafe was rammed. Had to queue for the summit marker for pics. So yeah, pretty busy. Clouds had rolled in, so pics are poor, but we made it, that's what counts.
The climb down was not easier.

Attempting Snowden tomorrow, my feet hurt now! 😄

New Traxxas Slash variant; Raptor.

The dog's in hospital, constant vomiting despite having an injection to stop the vomiting this morning. Twenty four hours of constant vomit, not eating or drinking. Last ate yesterday morning and threw it straight up.
Finger's crossed.

Tomley has released a vid showcasing a 1/7 MT from ZD Racing, looks pretty good. Although it's pricey considering its pedigree.

What body reinforcing methods are popular these days?

Just taken a trip down memory lane and watched some vids from the forum jams, great memories. I and my cars were in quite a lot of footage.

Those were the best days for this hobby imo. Cars could be built at a fairly reasonable price, and they were easy to repair, no one was afraid to do a little damage. Since then cars got bigger and heavier and more powerful, but also a lot more expensive. Repair bills have skyrocketed and no one wants to send their £600-1000 car over the big jumps any more.
I must be getting old thinking back to the good ol' days like this lol.

Just been to the ABBA Voyage show, very good.

I need a full size transit, I've found an absolute peach, but what's best; business loan? HP from the dealer? Personal loan?
Talk to me! (Please)

If it's between £7.5K and £15K you need then there are some great low interest loans at the moment.
MBNA, Tesco Bank and Sainsbury's bank just to name a few have a 2.8% APR representative on loans of the above amount.
I'd recommend the Sainsbury's bank one especially if you have a Nectar card as they were giving members who took one of their loans 6K points as an extra thank you.
Look here at their loans calculator to see if it works for you financially: https://www.sainsburysbank.co.uk/loans

Went to Burton Dasset again, still didn't take any toys, but it's the best off-road terrain ever! An hour and a quarter from me, so a bit far, but definitely worth the trip.

Lewis has got this, unless Max decides to ignore the rules again.

Dewalt have announced new battery packs that they're calling "pouch stacks". Sounds like they're switching to lithium polymer packs and moving away from lithium ion cylinders. Should mean far more power coming to power tools everywhere (let's face it, all tool manufacturers will have to follow suit), plus a few more fires from bad handling by rough tradesmen.
