Ah, same motor as mine. Max4 is awesome. What pinion? I'm currently using the Losi mount, paid over 200 notes for the full conversion kit, just to use the motor mount. Bonkers! Definitely cheaper options available. Best get back on topic.

Not good, but not catastrophic. What motor? I run a Max4 with a 380kv can, no heat issues. Don't give up!

I prefer soft suspension, the roll in the corners, the squat under acceleration, the nose kissing the ground under braking, awesome stuff. Nowt wrong with a bit of chassis slap, can aid handling. Enjoy!

You can't not glue them, as mentioned above, the rims will spin in the tyres. I block the air holes, keeps dirt out.

They are a tad large, sideways through doors etc. Enjoy!

Brushless is awesome, but I'm biased as it's my preferred method of propulsion. However, it ain't cheap. You can cut costs with a 35 quid motor mount and make your own battery boxes. For the ESC, Max4 is king, awesome piece of kit. Cells? Plenty of choice out there. Looks like a well cared for, hardly used truck. Enjoy.

Isn't the Hoss carp? Not looked at it in a while, but thought it was slated quite hard.

Just watched "Men In Black: International". Not a total disaster, quite enjoyed it.

If there's a slipper clutch in there, get it dialed in and it'll take the strain off of the weak points. Dialed correctly and it'll still pull wheelies, but slip when needed.

Not big on aesthetics, but that's just truly awful. AND I LOVE THE BOXY SHAPE OF THE HUMMER!

760 is typical Traxxas pricing, bonkers. Now I love a Short Course, so much tougher with their shorter arms and enclosed wheels, but this is too much coin (as always) for something with such lame leccy bits. And the tyres should not extend beyond the body.

I'm so out of touch, all my gear is old. The E-Maxx trucks in particular, but I've spares knocking around for those two. The Savvy based trucks still have a fair amount of support. As do the 5ive and Baja. Maybe this'll be the year when I get some free time to indulge

Don't like the fat tyres, seem out of place. However, the sound they make on road is superb, see Mark Santa Maria's vid for proof.

Constant beeping might mean it's looking for a signal, May need recalibration?

The frequency you're mentioning might be because you're using AC, whereas in RC it's all DC. Just a thought.

Seems normal to me. It'll progress even further as stuff wears.

Two main downsides with extenders are the arms break easier and the bearings wear out far quicker as they're under far more stress.
