    fishing

A very good friend that i used to fish with is still fishing on the carp scene and doing well, chatting to him and seeing his catch pics has made me decide to take up carp fishing again, so from next year i will come out of fishing retirement
  2. safest way is to put it on the charger and Discharge to zero then leave in bucket of heavily salted water for a coupe of weeks
  3. My new MJX Hyper go 14209 1/14th rock racer, this looks a lot of fun, maybe the truck i should of got instead of the Kyosho Tacoma, i have been considering this MJX for over a year and a special on Banggood swayed me i Paid £98 posted for this 2S/3S brushless beast, of course it came with all the usual bits like a full set of extra wheels an tyres plus a full set of spare suspension arms, cant argue with that
  4. Finally got rid of the last of the Reedy electrics in the Element Gatekeeper now got a HW 18080 esc and an injora 5slot 19t motor, very smooth and speed is about just right
  5. first video from yesterdays run
  6. Just in case you guys may feel this is a little expensive consider there is £55 in receivers about £5 in post and around £20 in the Li-ion conversion, plus the cost of a GT3b
  7. Hobby plus CR-18 pro axle housing, this should allow me to flip the rear diff and hook up to the reverse transmission output shaft and eliminate a lot of torque twist, also som e AAA batteries for the small TX`s, as last lot i got were naff, wont be fitting this just yet as i have ordered metal drive shafts so may as well do all in one
  8. Sadly i am selling my Flysky GT3b radio along with 5 GR3 rx`s, all in perfect condition, now the TX has been converted to LI-Ion battery 2S 1P 3000mah, the great thing about this you can leave the Li-Ion battery fully charged unlike a lipo, and it charges on a hobby charger via balance plug and a rd JST, only selling as i moved over to a different radio system price is £70 posted via Evri 2 day to regular UK address payment via paypal please add for fee`s
  9. Micro JST 1.25 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/154650023063
  10. This is now listed on Banggood at a rather fair price of £383 with free shipping, pretty good deal but i dont think it is in stock at present
  11. seems i run a crawler/trail rig most weekends but the big basher tacoma and the 2 rally cars almost never due to no place to run them
  12. wonder what your doing to that body, talking of tinkering i want to source metal prop shafts for mine, i know Axial 24 shafts are right diameter just need to work out what length, also gonna put a micro plug connector in the lighting wire loom so i can remove the texan body completely to work on truck
  13. The V1 was a bit pricey around £400 i guess this might be around £430
