Item was in stock. on 30th i got email to say “Processing” Week later still nothing so sent message on Whatsapp. Day later “Apologies, your item will be sent out Monday”. Gets to Thursday and still nothing. Call the shop. Apologies, we have not sent it out. Will send today. Get email with “Your item has shipped” here is your Royal Mail tracking. Still nothing and a Royal Mail tracking number that does not exist. I order on that day from 5 shops. One of which was in the south of France.
