Its not hot pink but fluorescent pink, I was advised to back it with white but next time would probably back it with hot pink so it’s less translucent. Re polished the car exhaust again due to welding on the manifold then polished that as well. Then did what ever was excessible with what I was using ie head fins engine mount and the brass on the carb and the clutch bell. Next step is find some on road wheels for it. A bit smaller then the current ones will be good. Will fit better. And rewire it up. Its been going on of over a year now. Time I finished it. Yrkoon Posted February 28, 2021 Share Posted February 28, 2021 had the lunch box out in the garden and got some wee jumps and front flips going lol also had the triton out for a test after i replaced bushings on the idle gear with bearings and that was running sweet then i had the kronos out with dads shogun and i had some mental tumbles and it even front flipped once just by using the brake. on one of the kronos tumbles the spoiler went flying off, the screws were still there so it was just the wee plastic discs that sit on top that snapped off, soon got it sorted with random metal ones 🙂 1 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Rebuild the banzai shocks, added in shock limiters and setup rake, prepping for its first 4s blast! The lad started fixing the trx4 front snapped axle housing, stripped out and dissembled the axle for me 😅 Soldiered up the max6 for the limitless gave it a little blast on 6s haha shes got some power now! Fixed the outlaw, threw out the stock transmission, then took it out with the savage xs for some light jumping. Was a good day! The motor was seized solid, which seems to have been caused by a dodgy bearing. Would that have caused the gearbox to eat itself, or would it be the other way around?
