It's a Kyosho Half Eight - which makes sense as it's 1/16 scale - JDF Armoured truck. Hopefully will have a spare brushed ESC in the spares box to test later today though - shell is hard plastic so I expect your right it will be top heavy - though that will prob aid realism as it wallows around!
