.AJ.
Based off the 8T for sure, looks too long and wide to be a reworked buggy
Noj
Should be a damned fine rig then! I'll guess at a 500 quid price point..... Damn, this year is already proving expensive

.AJ.
I was wrong it's based on the SCTE, that's a shame a 1/8 would have been better imo
Noj
seconded....however....
capri-boy
Def a gap in the market for an Apache type 1/8 done properly.
Carpmart
There is definitely a gap in the market for ANYTHING new at present... Its a very stagnant time right now! Same old same old knocking around! That's why I've ordered the Kraken, at least it's new! Got enough smaller electric rigs so this won't be on my shopping list! NG15
Losi could have knocked it out the park if this was dbxl size with a good BL system.
Noj
Better left gas if 1/5th and 4wd.... 1/8th would have been perfect..... Maybe next year.
Oh How Original
AVC, so it'll be overpriced, we know that for sure
ostewart
$499 apparently so around £450 for us here I reckon
NG15
Yup it will be SCTE price. 425/450 I'd say. Steep for a 1:10th scale IMO
mydoddy69
What a pity it's only 1/10th scale but it still looks good and let's face it, it has to be a shed load better than the exo every was lol If it had of been a 1/8th it would have been on my want list for sure
RCbutcher
My first thought was the losi 5 truggy. Scte is still 1/8 size tho doesn't it use an 8ight chassis mayb diffs?

If I put my 2.0s and my SCTE 2.0 (which is a 3.0 chassis) next too each other they are the same size. Some of the fittings are even in the same place. The real difference apart from the layout is the thickness of the plastics, 12mm hexes, thinner shafts, generally smaller screw sizes, smaller diameter shocks and the front and rear diff cases. I actually have a 2.0 buggy body as a dirt cover inside the SCTE body. The only trimming needed was for the nerf bars. The top brace even has the fitting so you can add in a post for a body clip. I hope that this new car is 4.0 based and they do an SCTE 3.0 but this time share the same drive lines so parts are interchangeable between 4.0 based platforms. I think Durango did this with their latest range.

Perhaps ive brushed this to the side a little to quick the scte was a good basher, well so I read and some say better than the slash.. If that's the case this might prove to be a great little beast to blast around .
