Went on a 40 minute drive across Dartmoor to meet some friends and put the crawlers through their paces, only to realise once I got there that I'd left the Scout sat on the workbench in the garage! So played cameraman for the day and gave the Firestorm a beating instead :)

Last night I started the ECX AMP MT kit. Bags A and B done so far. Nice little kit to put together with EXCELLENT instructions. Only one gripe so far.... all the hardwear is phillips.... I haven't rounded any heads off yet but if I wasn't an experienced builder I reckon I would have done quite a few in. Hex hardwear is better.

 

Hopefully finish it off this evening while the Mrs is at work.

Few more bits on to the brushless conversion.

 

servo/receiver tray, servo in and the battery box nicely screwed down. Can't wait to get this thing up and running :)

Not today but yesterday. Anyway i had my nitro going sweet until I noticed there wasn't any steering or control, panicking that i had a run away, I hit one of our groupies legs and went full throttle into a bush. Oops
