Ummm no.... anything kyosho is fragile compared to mainstream basher... The og mad van had its share of issues relating to the driveline... I don't see this being any different .... besides... it'll sell in low numbers.... and become relegated to ebay in 10 years time for spares. And that's from a former kyosho collector that adores the brand..🤣

Aye... she shifts for a 40 year old rig...still rocking the og motor too... She's on her way over the water now to its new owner in the USA

Not far off now

Here's an old kyosho truck. Hailing from 1982, this vintage model is incredibly rare. I will soon be embarking on a little restoration to get her running once more. Here's a little video showing the hunt for information was a little fraught in itself.

It was a great way to spend a few days that's for sure.... Roll on September ...biggest and best uk rc event... maybe even some of the msuk haters will turn out...🤣👍

The body itself is made from alloy, and features an integrated steel roll cage, aswell as 3d printed parts. The body has been used a handful of times over the last month or two since I got it and has recently been round the sst quarry ... I have painted it .. Its used and has marks etc....but overall its still very usable as you can see, wheelbase is roughly 460mm so can fit on a scx6 with work The wheels and tyres . These are also roughly 3 months old....but they have been glued together after I span the tyres off them a few times... due to this spinning off.. I had a small rip occur too... so as I say they have since all been glued.... also... the tiny hex screws are a nightmare and a lot of the have been rounded out somewhat .... but.... they are completely functional as they are ... they're actually a really capable tyre and wheelset...they're just not very suited for the terrain I run on as they're super soft.... . Just to be clear, you are buying the used body and wheelset, the chassis and truck underneath is not included in sale. It's basically the same setup as a tesla dual motor... Whereby the front and rear axle have their own gearbox and motor, the wheels used above are just a bit of fun... they're for the next build which I'll be starting next week. There will be a small sized scale setup at the sst mini... I'm essence its juts abstaining run for September... at the main event there will be much more as always. I kinda did have fun as my daughter evie helped me a lot with this stuff

Some stuff I've been making

These are 100% carbon fibre and kevlar composite... they're are not skinned or wrapped plastic.... I have skinned the inside of a kraton for someone before in bloodred weave ...but... I don't make these anymore.... There's only 2 folk left that make composite bodies now... Martin R and Xifo S... they'll do a full cf body for you like these above.. Total cost about £600.
