MrCake
Trip out with the Big Rock. Wheel/stub fell off but thankfully I had tools to repair in situ. Worse part was watching the wheel roll away in a woodland and out of sight. Thankfully I found it fairly quickly and I took it all apart when I got back and re-added some thread-lock on both rear stubs.

Lone-wolf
Brass Beadlock inserts for my Gatekeeper power wagon just got a pair for rear as it has plenty of weight over front, these add 60grams per wheel and fitted just sweet
Stormbringer
That should help keep the rear planted

Popular Post Redback
Also added weight to the gatekeeper, in the stinking hot sun at SST none the less, hefty treal steering hubs and with the treal c hubs i already had way more steering angle. I would have expect better fitment had to file some of the hubs away as tolerences were too tight. Overall improvment drastic, its way more capable with the extra steering angle, the extra weight is just a bonus. I am now starting to really enjoy the gatekeeper, the rear shocks need an upgrade as its always pulling the c clip off the top of the shock shaft. And SST was pretty good again this year, each track had been setup by different groups and each was enjoyable, worth the trip every time.
MrCake
Took the EMB-MT out for a quick blast. Handling has always been funny with it being short wheelbase with lots of power but the steering felt odd. Worked out that whenever I moved the transmitter, the servo would start twitching!? When I got it back home I tested with another servo which did the same so guess the transmitter has something loose inside. Shame as I liked the radio but have swapped it over to the GT5. 2
Stormbringer
Maybe a blast of electrocleaner/lubricant sprayed into the steering pot might help
MrCake
Good shout. Not taken a transmitter apart before but assume they come apart fairly easily.

Popular Post Kpowell911
I love the look of the TT02D Z Tune R34 GTR Nismo. But I dont need the car so a whilw back I bought the shell with the intention of painting it Blue. But silver grew on me so I went box art. Over the passed few evenings I got this done. Far from perfect but. Ive got some kit TT02R Black wheels which will look good, and Im just going to find a cheap Tamiya Roller to put it on. Im watching a few on eBay or I might wait try and find something a bit different like a TA04 or something What really threw me out. PRE CUT DECALS!!! I Didnt know Tamiya had that in their locker, I actually cut the first few out haha

Popular Post Kpowell911
So. Messed up but not tooo bad 😕 I immediately reamed the front body posts on the Tamiya Dimples..... I dont think they were quite right..... so the shell sits too far forward in the arches. Ive also had to drill bigger holes for some movement. Not great but itll do. It was also on massive offset wheels when I lined it up..... It sits better on stock TT-02 wheels so itll do for now. May actually run this
Biggaz15974
Stripped down, cleaned and serviced my Mojave, installed a duel fan mount and fans to keep the motor nice and cool. Also fitted the new Max 10 combo 140amp 3200kv to my 3s Infraction, fitted a 44t spool to it too so hopefully 100mph on my next speed run👍👍

Yorkshireman
Inspired by Pistonhead's Scania build, I got the Globeliner down of the shelf last week and decided to spend some more money on it!!!! Ordered a motorized support legs kit from TTP....delivered in a couple of days, so been fitting the servo and coupler to the tractor unit. All wired in now and working 👍 Next thing to do is the trailer part...when I get time! I can see a roof spoiler coming up next, so thanks Pistonhead 🤣
