  2. Servo is excellent, loads of power Combo is amazing, the low control and drag brake and holding power is excellent, plenty enough wheel speed on 2s with a 18t pinion Tyres worked well Could do with a touch more weight up front, brass knuckles would sort that Overall I’m really happy with the build, one thing I’ve said to myself is this isn’t a shelf build, so it won’t be getting the normal AJ post running clean up, a quick brush down and that’s it 👍

  3. Lowered the blazer high trail. Looks better than the stock height. Still needs a little more. Fitted some 1.9 beadlocks with the largest 1.9s I had. Removed the bump stops. The rear is fine. The front will need a short bump stop to stop the front tyres rubbing. Has a load of articulation.

  15. Been cracking on with the build, not one issue at all, pics to follow but for now I’ve been messing with the rims, I hated the centre caps being the same colour and having the screws stand out like a sore thumb So Rit Dyed them 👍

  19. My family has two dogs, the black one's name is Sandy, we don't know what she is. Some sort of German wirehair. The white one's name is Ivy, we also don't know what she is, some sort of husky mix type thing.

  21. Hoping i might have solved the issue where the steel droop screws on the arms gouge out the aluminium chassis. Ordered a couple of nylon tipped grub screws, not sure if they will work or if they are strong enough to last, only time will tell.

  22. Hello guyss, My girlfriend has been poorly last few weeks and going to bed early and for some reason, Ive been looking at Tamiya’s…… Im 36 years old, and my parents bought me a second hand Tamiya Mini Cooper M-01in the mid 90’s. It had some nicad batteries and a fast charger that was powered with crocodile clips onto the battery of my Dads 1:1 car, so charge times were cumbersome, but even so I ran it so hard and often I worn through the chassis. God knows where this ended up, but for my birthday a few years later, I got a brand new Tamiya TL-01 Ford Focus 58241. This became my pride and joy. Id be around 12 at this point, and had this so long I was still upgrading it as I started my first job. It ended up being quote sentimental to me. It had a fair amount of upgrades, including the ludicrously expensive TRF Dampers which must have been a months pay as a 16 year old. I stupidly bought a No Limit M Troniks ESC and a Trinity Speed Gems 12t brushed motor. Yes, a 12t motor. In a TL-01. With limited gearing options. As you can imagine, this was balistically fast. For 2 minutes before everything melted. I lost interest and got into Traxxas, which Im still into today. Fast forward and Ive always been in the hobby, And Im probably 200 vehicles later. I did have a Tamiya Resurgence, and collected all these: Mostly cheap TT-XX shelfers, but those of you will notice, a TA-02 Repsol Cosworth, a brand new shelf queen TL-01 Identical to what I had in 1999, and a Tamico 934. I sold all these obver the year’s regretfully, but hey. Moving on…. As I said earlier, whilst my girlfriends been ill, I noticed an upcoming ReRe of a TT-02R. This inspired me. Ive been browsing this site and watching Youtube videos and decided to get one. I wanted to run it, Im aware of a TT02’s performance and priced up some hop ups…. It basically ended up being the price of a used Arrma Infraction….. So I thought why not just get something old. An M-01 was a no go, so how about aTL-01? The performance in a car park between a TL and a TT isnt going to be miles apart soooo. Ive no idea of value, or worth, but I found this on eBay, made an offer and used some Nectar points so £46 was the charge to my bank card so. To my suprise, these arent rare or expensive just old. I wanted the Focus, but being as Ive had one, I decided to look for the shell I really wanted as a kid. McRae’s Impreza (Technically I still got a McRae Rally car with the Focus. The Good: Its in great condition It has bearings, speed tuned gears and quick release battery tray Errrr, its a blue Subaru Impreza WRC with Gold Wheels… The Bad: Im a shock snob, so its stock friction or TRF. No in between so itll either go stock which I have or Ill buy some TRFs I want the stock front bumper, not this GPM one Tyres are a bit brittle and cracked, sooo may need an upgrade. No idea what electrics to put in it. Im going to run it, but I dont mind staying brushed with a lipo. I need to buy a shotgun style lipo and an ESC/Motor. I was hoping to find a Used but new Tamiya ESC/Torque Tuned combo. I used to sell them out the shelfers for £20 but I guess I was too cheap. Im guessing these RZ Motors for £30ish are fake? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275650923025?epid=1805503271&hash=item402e134a11:g:0aEAAOSwB8JiBZR3&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAA4OQBLzCtYvuUkELlB9mN6VbN9p1LxDy2B3xQ7jLbqOWJLzFOTOQaqVWqsnKmyedJ8wsT82pgdetDM7PwD98YV3MPiGRSFKrGiK7mdHAk%2FrNhhulxC50kHoTIap4R41X%2BNSgT%2FK%2BhH0kNs5XUZvTLQYSTQ9Srzf6c%2FHup2qqDoni4ee13z9hTKuyUtmUn5RXV7safaD2PIsp72q6L8IB6o8hThxz6hrS1nukFiifi3pskYrxgzMYrCkQA6e9fEKMUwjDYHxPAO96RjyjgYpRuV%2BFQyNX3xcgF3lMERs0gkqw%2B|tkp%3ABk9SR-TvhtzTYQ If not itll be a Hobbywing 1060 and a brushed motor around the 21t. I appreciated this isnt anywhere near usual TC cool ness, but Its pretty important to me haha

  24. I’m not a fan of the battery box or radio tray, so first job is find something different, the battery box just looks like a after thought to me and not very in keeping with a high end kit, the radio tray I’ll probably trim off all the excess parts and stick a thin sheet of carbon over the top… I need to source a servo saver, I’ll probably go for the Vitavon one with a alloy steering link set up, Ive put a small order in at Amain’s for a set of JC beadlock rings and the JC 17mm hex conversion That’s about it for now, I need to top up the hobby fund asap 🤣🤣🤣

  32. Took the G Wagon for an evening crawl on Hunstanton beach earlier and watch the sunset. Got a couple of nice shots as well. My fingers are just getting their feeling back now, it's quite cold out.

  33. Gave the sendero a go on my crawler course. Very good, especially for a stock rtr. The tyres sound a bit plastic like on the rocks. Quite a bit of a body rub on the front. Quite a steep tricky section. I did manage to get it up after I turned the camera off🤦. Body rub. That can be sorted. Put some flat clear on the truck bed and matt black underneath.

  34. 100% on them choice deals. Always draws me in for things I never knew I needed lol Also always check for the discount code within the app. Add it to the basket even if it don't look relevant and it might say can't be used but then check your price and 99% of the time it's been added. Every penny counts right now 👌

  37. Ended up calling him Arbok like the Pokémon as he thinks he's a big scary cobra 😂. I haven't got him to eat anything yet but Hognoses especially males have a habit of going on hunger strikes but hopefully he'll eat soon. Also found a better enclosure to upgrade him to probably after Christmas.

  38. He was on a right mission last night. He also thinks he's spider man or spider snake as he somehow managed to slither right across the top of the back wall of his enclosure 🤨 😂

  40. My albino Western Hognose snake. He still hasn't got a name yet but I think I'm narrowing down on a couple. I wasn't looking at snakes when I was looking at maybe getting a reptile but after watching videos on some of the other reptiles I was looking at some of them would often end up mentioning these snakes. And after watching dedicated videos about them I really wanted one as they are a pretty unique looking snake and they have an interesting personality they also don't get too big. I'll get some better pics of him after he's had his first meal and is more settled. Here's a good video on them.

  42. @steephill stunning, absolutely gorgeous. I love Rottweiler's, fond memories of our neighbour's Rotttie, he was a big loud boy and a toddler version of me would grab his face, pet him and he didn't mind at all. Really miss Oscar! @Stormbringer - you can expect your recent additions to get big! Rag dolls get huge mate 😁 Our Maine Coon, Tobi whose recently grown again, he's 2.5 years old now. Apparently they continue to grow up till 4 years of age.
