How come you're thinning them out Clive?

Too much clutter around the house, not getting any time to drive them, still hankering for an SBR.

And to stay on topic; whilst walking past the X2, I checked nobody was looking, then ran a hand over it. Roll on summer!

I see quite a few comments about braking bodys .

Would a fiber glass body be stronger  or does the body take the kicking the car gets away with it .

One thing I have seen a lot of people do is re-inforce bodies with drywall tape and a sort of contact adhesive. Seems to work well, even if it does add a bit of weight.

Might try this, I think a bit of weight might do the mini-t some good

I used a very strong blue tape I got from B&Q  this stuff is strongit's like electrical tape but wide as duck tape and it's very very sticky   so lined the whole body with that   as you guys have done .

What is it about portals that takes away from your enjoyment?

I ask because Im thinking about getting a crawler or two (kids don't seem to be gelling with bashers) and it seems portals are generally held to high esteem.

I just enjoy the more challenging technical aspect of a straight axle.

I've also ordered a Vanquish VS4-10 from Amain Hobbies, so the money will go towards that,

Nice ..  can I ask how do you find different wheels to fit your car .  Is it by chance you got them already  or is there as way to find out

As you know real tyres have the sizes on the sides .

Its I'd like to swap my wheels on the carnage   to   thinner  bigger wheels (thinner and taller wheels ) . Same with my back shocks  as iv fitted one them roller wheels as a bumper (not that I need it for speed or wheelys )

So the back is a bit low and dont spring back up like the front ones do .

Iv changed the oil and wind the nut all way down   and they are brand new away well .

So thinneran  taller wheels and Springer shocks for the back..
