I've found them ok in the past, used them quite a lot in the early days and they're fine but the same as Stumungous on the postage delays sometimes, always free stickers though, their customer service is appauling though, some of the most ignorant folk work there and have no phone manners.... ;)

Yes, the staff on the phones are a dead loss, if you can't give a part number they don't want to know. I haven't had a bad experience using them but that has put me off using them again.

postage only really works if your ordering a lot! i have an order in for some ball ends for my shocks (which are out of stock typically!) but postage for 4 of them is

There my nearest car specialist store - staff arn't the most friendly and it's like pulling teeth trying to get any advise out of them but on the plus side they hold a huge stock of traxxas parts/spares and have always had what i wanted in stock whenever i have made the trip to the store (It's quite small but holds a good stock of items including fuel, wheels, tyres, glues, air filter oil's, etc - always on the outskirts of Cannock so saves having to get stuck in all the town traffic)

They seem to have a flat rate postage of

i work in wheelspin. when on the phone we do ask people if they know the part numbers which helps us but we will find part numbers and take orders. part numbers are great but just a preferace but if you dont have them thats not a problem and we will help out as much as we can.

the postage we chare is a fair amout as everything we post coasts the same amount unless its outside the uk/ireland but all stores do the same thing.

and yes come into the store instead of postage, you woulend belive some of the people who request postage and live litrally 5 mins walk away from us??????

we keep 99% of HPI and traxxas spares in stock with anything we dont have next day delivery so come in and see us some time

and thanks for all the kind words abouve guys, we do appreciate your custom and value our customers

apart from not displaying the stock on the website, i had great service. They told me what day my model would arrive and it did, cannot fault that. I understand it must be difficult to updat stock on the website three or more times a day so i understand why they might not be doing it

With a Good IT system tho, they shouldnt have to.....

When an order is done, the systems takes the stock code - and reduces the stock number by 1

So when its reach's critical - the system can order more in!

Its more of an issue for the poor sod who's gotta insert the new number of stock... when batch's come in rofl

I've stopped using wheelspin altogether. The postage is high when you're only ordering a couple of things. They are ignorant on the phone when you need help. If something goes on back order you never know when you're going to get it because they don't keep you informed. Not having live stock is a real pain in the backside too. There are plenty of other people out there with live stock systems and much better customer service so I choose to use them instead.
