The only problems I can imagine is its a 4wd and when you tried to move it the diffs are stopping it due to friction, or the bearing in the wheel has seized if it is 2wd. Or do you mean you can put the wheels on and it will not steer in one direction in which case I think the servo horns needs to put back on in the centre as it might of been knocked. Failing that you haven't pushed the wheel on right or its rubbing against something.
