Hi and welcome, This is the start of either clearing out some Rc or just packing it away, i have too much i dont need and someone else might as well get some pleasure out of them, i will price stuff what i think is fair, always open to doing a deal but please be fair too. First up is the first micro crawler that got us hooked, Ftx outback mini 2.0 Land Rover, it has been made to look a little closer to the real thing, this has been a very reliable little truck, it does come with a load of spares including upgrade driveshafts and a set of steel uj’s, spare wheel set and another new set of tyres, bumpers, 2 lipos, new spare 2s esc in packet. I also have the manual although not pictured. All you need is transmitter batteries to run. i would like £55 posted recorded and inc. fees. SOLD!! Next is another Ftx outback mini 2.0 with a “custom” shell, you wont miss it this one also comes with 3 spare wheels/tyres and a set of new tyres along with a new in pack micro esc and upgrade steel driveshaft uj’s. Again this will come with a manual and will only require transmitter batteries. i would like £50 posted recorded and inc. fees. SOLD!!! Next is the last of the Ftx outback mini 2.0, this is the paso which i am quite fond of how it looks, this one has had a “custom” conversion to run 2s lipo. It’s fitted with a Axial scx24 motor and a trx4 diff servo, it has the original driveshafts fitted but included are a set of the steel uj’s the upgraded ones. i would like £40 posted recorded and inc. fees. PRICE REDUCED TO £30 POSTED RECORDED +FEES. Axial Scx24 jeep (the white crc version), the body got removed and a conversion was made to a Chevrolet c10 pick up. Painted in Tamiya metallic purple, has the Bfg tyres and Method wheels, comes with a load of spares inc. a chassis set, screws new in packet motor and the build manual if i still have it. A spare set of black Method wheels and a few micro motors. you will notice the motor wires aren’t connected, rest assured it will be sorted before being packed up. i would like £100 posted recorded and inc. fees. SOLD!!! Last up for now is this Roc hobby Toyota Land Cruiser 1/18 scale. bought from a member on here, all i’ve done is doing a little detail painting on the interior, tidied up the light cables and disconnected the indicators (in all the time i used to go off roading i never saw anyone use indicators) it has Axial scx24 nitto grappler tyres and Axial rims. also included is a set of 3d printed wheels just to be used as spares or decoration. Just needs transmitter batteries to run and will come in original box. i would like £75 posted recorded and inc. fees. SOLD!!! Thanks for taking the time to look, as I’ve said, I’m happy to do a deal, don’t be shy i am open to deals on multiples or collections, only trades im after would be for slash 4x4 upgrades (alloy motor mount, front c-hubs, rear lockouts, shells, wheel and tyre sets, rally included) whilst im still going on, i would like to wish all you guys a very merry Christmas and a great new year.1 point

In all honesty if all the magic smoke hadn’t escaped out the motor I wouldn’t have touched it…1 point

Yea got some on the front and half the amount the front has on the rear. Might add some more onto the rear. Infact I could probably add more weight all around, motor temps and esc temps are all cold, don't even feel warm (but then again it was -5 outside) and so far nothing has broke lol Probably cant but I wonder if the auto hold / motor brake setting can be disabled on the front motor to stop the front motor braking1 point

Its 100% temprature related. Ive no reason to believe the modular set up/plastics are different to any of my X Maxx’s, which have been bullet proof. If you saw the collision though…. It was so minor. Mrs wasnt happy at my £1300 toy Ive been banging on about shattering after 15 mins haha1 point

In case anyone is intrseted what a diff casing looks like after 6 months of liquid abuse 🤠 Some alcohol and cotton buds cleaned most of the sludge up, but the bearings on the locked diff needed to be forced off (crunched them very gently in a vice till they fractured). The bearings were far rougher - but still functioning - in the diff than the portals. I will add the red plastic diff cover moulded captive threads were ‘soft’ I doubt I will get another go and it will need replacing next time. (I’d probably replace the plastic side off the portals too).1 point

Better look at the system with the spring steel bars To try to make more clear, the round rods are the suspension arms' pivots . They are offset from side to side but the real one is too 🙂 . Those pieces with the grub screws allow to tune the ride height and the stiffness of the suspension And this 2 videos of the suspension working Only 4 wheels each side. The 5th wheels work on a different system And my take on the tension wheel: Not complicated as the real system but it works. Is basically a arm, rotating on 2 bearings and a shock with a spring inside to push the wheel against the tracks1 point

I genuinely didnt wanna use this yet, but my Mrs pestered me to take it out…. You can guess how this ends: With the X Truth be told it was a pointless exercise. I doubt it got above 30mph, I even re set the end points thinking it wasn’t set up right. However I think it was just spinning. Seemed like a big drifty truggy. I like but then my Mrs hit a tree head on and what Id say was 20/25mph. The end result was a shock to be honest. Even in -1c I didnt quite expect this. quite a lot broke and nothin in stock….0 points
