  1. I'm moving 330 miles away, no more RCs. I did not just buy a Losi 8ight XE.

  3. Works been manic lately, and also trying to prioritise spending time with my Mrs of a weekend. Not going on a holiday this year (it just seems too much chaos), but its important to have time off. So I decided to have 2 weeks off, this week and a last week. However, being self employed, A job came in and I felt obliged to take it, so ended up working 7 days of the 10….. However RC time today….. first up the TRX4. Simple job: Then, I got frustrated…..

  5. Thanks. Painted the inner panels (the side panels for the cage) now and learned a couple of things. 1. You need to go really easy on the iridescent blue or it sort of runs. 2. I’m glad I did the least visible panels first 😁 Getting ready to mask up the body shell itself now. If I’m totally honest, I’m having doubts about the colour scheme but I’ve already sprayed the inner panels and bought all the paint so I think I’m just going to go for it. Pics to follow…..

  7. After several weeks of debating which RC car to begin with, I settled on the Brushless Outlaw(Rock Bouncer kit when I can spare the cash!). Can't wait to start making some videos, I've got everything to play with here, beaches, mountains, forests 😁

  9. Hey guys, I've seen many posts on this topic, but most I've seen are outdated now (mostly 2020 posts). My son (7 years old) would like to get into crawlers, or he thinks he would anyway... So, I have a budget of £150 (absolute max) to buy a small scale crawler, from 1/24 to 1/16 scale. I've been looking at: FTX Outback Mini X FTX Ranger XC FTX Mini 3.0 Axial SCX24 Panda Tetra 18 & 24 Element Enduro My question is, which is the best for a youngster wanting to start out crawling?

  11. Fixed the DBXL, not tested yet. Seems a nice machine to work on. I had the whole back end off to access the diff, but you don't actually need to, nice design, I'd even attempt it in the field.

  17. After seeing @tomrbuild his GOM buggy I finally decided to get one of my own. This is one I've had on my shopping list for some time and it was a toss-up between this and the new Losi Hammer Rey. Went for the GOM in the end because I like to build kits and customise them a little bit.

  20. Had some time today so got some more building done. Happy I've got a couple of tricky loops set up but as soon as I'm ready and the table is cleaned up of the mess, my battery dies.

  21. Onto the UDR to simply try and fix the sloppy steering. What a nightmare…… its just such a hassle to work on…… This is how far I got before I got stressed out
