whats the mesh like between the pinion and spur buddy? could be too tight could use the paper method slide a piece between when setting the mesh up etc double check its not the rear diffbox by removing the pinion completey and rolling freely along the floor if no noise it will be the pinion and spur mesh if still grinding chances are somethings broke in the rear and needs opening up and a part replacing 👍

you dont seem to understand toe in MAS try pushing down on the rear and watch what happens to the angle of the rear wheels etc toe in is for throttling hard out of corners or straights not for jumping etc and its normal for a truggy 👍👍

could sand it down a bit lone then reapply the paint you like, id go with Rc spray tbh i found most auto paint only really shines on metals unless its bumper plastic spray but they dont do many nice colors etc i tend to only buy tamiya sprays now very pricey but it applies so nice so less coats needed 👍

Like said the bandwidth on 2.4ghz is alot wider than the older AM /FM gear so it can scan and change avoiding clashing with other 2.4ghz users 👍

sounds like you got it recaled properly then rob 👍 tbf all the recal does it give you full throw on forward and reverse etc the going from full forward to reverse like i said earlier is just to save damage to the drive train buddy even with a slipper installed 👍i have my LVC set on my max 8 and it slows down wayyy before it hits the limit so after a few runs you will know when to bring her back in, i only run 6s and thats mental enough god know what 8s will be like haha have fun brother enjoy her get some video for us when you get chance 😎🤘

nice storm used to use Phoenix years ago great sim that mostly use FPV sims nowadays DCL is great fun can hook up your TX and get your muscle memory down on those many rainy days lol

Hey Rob welcome to MSUK bro 👍 alot of the modern ESC have that feature so you dont wreck the transmission going from forward to reverse etc my max 8 does the same i usually let off throttle for a second or two then engage reverse that way 👍i run drag brake at 30% for tracks also as it helps slow the car down when letting off for corners
