boffy999 Posted April 5, 2014 Share Posted April 5, 2014 hi rc'ers my dad is 50 this year and he loves the basing with his short course trucks and buggies but I want to build him a rc racing tractor unit. we have been to countless full size tractor races and I know he'll love a rc version anyone know of any kits or people who have built one I cant even find a clear shell yet let alone a chassis I was thinking of using a touring car chassis and banging a tractor shell on top but is there a good kit out there. cheers in advance kev Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thunder Tiger made one that was basically a 1/10 tourer with truck shell. Out of production and rather hard to find. http://www.modelsport.co.uk/thunder-tiger-racing-truck-/rc-car-products/25221 Tamiya do 1/14 trucks, but they are more scale models than really usable or fast. You may be able to build up something with one of these, but I don;t think the shell would last in a crash.
