I went 1up on myself I thought I was being cheeky asking 35 for the rims off my kids d90 but they just sold 43£ paid straight away I'm shocked. Giddy even. 

I thought they was plastic junk and told a guy ide free post them to him since their worthless. But then realised their metal so researched them finding out their rc4wd so had to tell him sorry they might not be worthless and damn they've blown me away I think the rc4wd body sold for less. 

If a 600£ ftx carnage ever has any chance then ide say it's now lol. Ebay is crazy. 

It's been on the website page for the last 3 years so I doubt it'll ever be released. As I said before all I see from HPI now is 1/10th and smaller.

All it is is a stock 1/8 Savvy Flux with XL TVP's, longer rear center shaft and the cnc diff gears, that's it.

It’s truly sad what they have had to go through and I can’t imagine the emotional pain they must be going through it’s only been 6 months since there sad news and I get things are tough but if things are that tough maybe they should close shop or If you can’t run your business due to emotional circumstances then get someone in. By letting things slide and ignoring folks it is bad for business and all that good will you’ve worked hard to earn will be ruined. 

I'm not gonna start defending poor customer service, but... that situation is about as bad as it gets (speaking as a parent), christ knows what those poor blighters have had to endure over the last few months.   A little surprised at the views of some of the peeps in this thread, only hope that they never have to deal with something like that.  But yes, if it is all too much still, which would hardly be surprising, then prob is best to shut up shop for a while.

Nobody is arguing that this isn't a incredibly bad situation, but if you can't do your job, which is understandable, then either employ someone in the meantime, or don't take peoples money. There's nothing surprising there, i'm surprised how quickly people disregard their (or other peoples) money as "well look he might not want to work right now". 

That's not surprising, i can absolutely understand if he's still devastated, i can not understand keeping the shop open in that case. It really is that simple - if you don't, you're basically stealing. And the situation doesn't excuse that.

I think one of the things that stands out for me about Corally is that they actually bother to try and fix/revise parts and it feels like they are putting in a lot of effort to get things right.

And Corally's customer service is excellent 

Just out of interest, I priced up all of the upgrade parts to make a 2021 into a 2022.  Ignoring the resale of 2021 parts, it would cost £143 so even the current £405 is not too bad.

Hope never got put off it at all but a few things did get in the way of the purchase .. As for the TT I'm in for a axio but will be holding of from the first release batch .. Reason being I want too see how the parts side pans out as at the minute TT spares are getting extremely thin on the ground due to the distubitor change and the USA warehouse closure .

Right now, remotely is the only way to do anything like that. Even in general, if something goes wrong, you get a call and then I have to tell a customer it will take me 3-4 hours to get there, during which time they're offline, along with everyone who needs that service to function.

Sure, companies could all have people like me working full time on site, but that would also not be particularly financially viable.

It's not laziness at all, it's a level of efficiency beyond anything humans have achieved before. What's incredible is how people take this achievement for granted.

It's easy to think of the internet as Facebook and YouTube, but it isn't like that, the internet is now responsible for communication between a lot of infrastructure systems. it's basically as essential and fresh water and electricity for the country to actually function.

If the internet was shut down, it really would be a nationall disaster in a real sense of the word.

Got mine coming and found a really need trick to get a bigger motor in without grinding up the chassis !

Was a brand new Hobbywing max5 in my Kraton exb 1/5th geared 24/39 so nothing overly geared just bad luck 

8S through an 1100kv motor is drawing large quantities of juice, the Max5 is only 200 Amp rated. They claim large burst current capabilities, but I'd take that with a pinch of salt. I'd recommend 800kv or less for a large 4wd.

But that's just me.

Bit the bullet and ordered some spares as no one else had them. Didn't bother with the R1 as its not that good of a deal once VAT is added. 

@Hugoagogo my package just arrived today with no charges. The item was around 240 $.  Although for some items you will see an added VAT charge when you purchase in the rcmart website, for this one i didnt get that. Still it came with no charges 🙂

I only have 140 subs but only need 6 or 7 of them. Ide rather just a small circle sharing like a forum. I never thought of money cos its 100.000 subs or nothing.

Prices of things for sale normally reflect what things are selling for on ebay ...... I think the first response to anyone asking "how much?" is: look on ebay. Perhaps the prices on Items are there because people make stupidly low offers on things ...... just because there is a price doesn't mean the seller isn't open to haggle.

I've used wheelspin, no problem but do ring them to check physical stock.

To be honest in all the years I've used Wheelspin I have never had a problem yes sometimes there maybe a delay but there normally really good and customer service on returns warranty etc is brilliant if it wasn't I wouldn't use them as much as I do lol

Yes, certainly priced as a 1/8...  but even if it's supposed to be 1/10, it still has a wheelbase the same as this MT8.  Perhaps the MT8 is just a small 1/8 ???  But then the MT410 is the same width as the MT8 and same wheelbase too... all a bit crazy really.  For me, all the above trucks are 1/8, irrespective of what they're 'supposed' to be / what scale the brand wants us to think they are.  16mm+ shocks are not found on a 'true' 1/10  such as a Granite or a Hoss IMO.

MT410 is 10th Scale too, at least by name. Wonder how the MT8 squares up with say a Kraton? Thats a true 1/8th IMO.

Everythings got bigger, just like 1:1 cars.
