Same ESC, motor and RX that will be going into my green Grasshopper.

That should do it. Still looking at the GH myself and I'm sure that the motor is ample.

Yeah why not? :D

I had no idea the shell came green, just thought it was plain white which was sprayed green lol

The shell is painted green by Tamiya and a first rate paiint job it is too.

Also will be fitting the alloy oil shock set made to fit a Grasshopper with no mods at all.

Been gradually bringing parts for the cnc mill cooling project. Has so much power I had to make a divert valve setup to relieve some pressure :o:lol: Got a cracking stream coming from the nozzles and that's with the divert almost fully open.

Next is to work on the filters then the enclosure  Might make another manifold block and run 4 lines, see how it goes first.

I'm very slow with these projects, sometimes losing the will to live

Think all the components shown here have cost less than £100 total and it has as much power as an expensive mainstream pro system.

Well pleased with how this is turning out :)

They look beautiful! Whats the damage walletwise to us mere listeners?

They are roughly £689 depending on the exchange rate ($899), 6 drivers per side, nicely balanced sound with plenty of detail and a wide soundstage :)

Similar weight to the HW97 but no problem as it will be used for target shooting from a rest so should make it more steady. At least that's the theory.

Yep i had a 97 and found that heavy to lug about the shoot so sold it to Bez lol. Got a BSA Lightning xl and its perfect for messing about at the shoot . But a nice BSA R10 is still on my wish list
