You are never "all done" with RC vehicles!  One of the things that I really don't like about the SCX24 Jeep Wrangler is the stickers for the rear light clusters.  A light cluster moulding would be much better.  I would think about adding those.

That course looks awesome 👍🏼, what's the grey stuff, breeze blocks?? looks like you've poured something on it to fill cracks what's that too??

I was thinking of doing a course using expanding foam, just never got round to doing it

That indoor course looks great too. I'd been playing about making a couple of indoor obstacles to try different techniques before going for a big build. Especially around how to get some sort of grippy surface. I'd seen, and tried, paint just not doing it as it's too smooth. Had considered the stone effect paints, but they're soooo expensive. Was leaning towards emulsion with sand in it topped off with clear matt lacquer. Hadn't even considered tile grout!! That's a great shout!!

Back when i used to build models I used to use foam card and build it up like a elevation map. Then I would used Tetrion with a little sand added in. Was really great stuff if anyone is interested.

Or good old chicken wire and papiermache. In fill with newspaper. Let dry. Smother with Tetrion. Paint grey and then dry brush with light and dark grey. Few model railway bushes and trees and you are done.

Not anymore!! Weather and the winter haven't been kind

Working on a similar project for indoors.......

So after the winter, course hasn't faired too well and still have loads of poly blocks  so started a few ideas for an indoor/sectional course that could be setup up and packed away easily.

Here's a taster of 1st test bits
