dryrain Posted August 1, 2021 Share Posted August 1, 2021 I am new to RC cars I recently purchased a car. I took the wheels off and upgraded some parts to the car. Now even when the wheel nuts are well tight they come loose when I drive the car. Which has meant I have lost a lot of pins from inside the wheel. Is there are solution to this? I read that some people use nail varnish or blue loctite to keep them in place but I guess that may cause problems when I need to change the wheels. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Redback Posted August 1, 2021 Share Posted August 1, 2021 Use locktight and or serated wheel nuts / serrated locking wheel nuts. Locktight doesnt pose and issue, id rather have a hard time swapping a tire than loosing a nut on the trail and not having a spare etc. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
