It's probably an imperial Christmas tree decoration.

You'll need to buy a new set of imperial tools to hang it and then feel

obliged to buy more imperial declarations so your new tools fit them too...

Word of warning though...I stuck some Kyosho stickers on a couple of tree decorations last year. Used them once and the string snapped.
