I have ended my purchasing with Aliexpress i cancelled an order a while back due to extended shipping times, requested a refund but this has not been done, live chat did not help so no more sales from me

I must say the only times I have had issues was due to a seller not shipping the goods in a timely manner and AliExpress gave a full refund within 48 hours. My experience with them has been very good. Yes, shipping times are very variable (anything from 2 weeks to 10 weeks) but this is usually outside of their control and mainly due to worldwide restrictions. I'm often buying items that are hard to get any other way. Also, I find that buying direct from China/Hong Kong means I can get items much cheaper than if I bought them in UK, EU or USA.

MM2 is a very capable ESC. More so the "Retro" version but even the newer one's are still excellent.
I used mine in a Typhon 6S speed running upto 115mph when I changed to the XLX2 only because one became available for a good price.
I know people have used them and got into the 130's with them.
Can't compare the Hobbywing sorry as I've not used the M8.

So, i am thinking about closing down my facebook RC Traildrivers UK group, it just has not grown any thing like it should of done, still only about 15 members after nearly a year of being up and running

@Redback your right about new posts, i find it really odd that my Brand specific rc flying group has done epic, has become an international group with a very large membership that still grows and more members join just about every day runs very well, yet the car group is stagnant with no activity other than what i post, i run the Youtube channel to support it same as with the flying channel

Any one heard from tomr on here, i see he not been about for nearly a month?

If i put all, or most of my RC cars up for sale, its not me giving up but feel a bit of a reboot coming on, thinking it may be a good idea to have just one real nice crawler like the TRX4 Ranger i keep telling myself i will be getting

@tomr i have proper run out of room, but more important plenty of RC`s not getting used so best move them on but not rushing as wont be able to stumpo up for the TRX4 till early new year

If it’s on shelf gathering dust sell it. I don’t keep any rc that I don’t use no matter how old it is if I buy it don’t like it I sell it if I use it for a month then fall out of love sell it I’ve now moved onto large scale RC’s so I sold of all my smaller stuff off. No point in having dead money on the shelf when you can use it for something else that you will use, well not in this hobby imo
-
having had a big aircrash couple of weeks back, destroyed the LTE Rambler flying wing, left a space in the hanger so ordered the AtomRC dolphin, this will be fast

@Jack Reacher are you wanting another senton? how long did you have yours for? when i had my firestorm, i didnt like it that much so sold it then i decided i did like it after i sold it. maybe i didnt keep it long enough to see if liked it or not. i was thinking maybe you didnt give your senton a chance like i did with my firestorm.
-
@froggy8 No mate another Senton is the last thing on my mind, would not have another and would not buy an Arrma
-
Facebook groups can burn in the fires of hell, joined a group last night and told them where to go toaday thanks to one person, same person that caused me to leave another group a good while back

@tomr that isn't always safe either!

Im looking for a small driver figure for my scale crawler, cant help but think Tom Cruise would fit the bill

For 10th scale, wrestling sized figures work well but would need some work as whenever I’ve been out on the trails in the 1:1 disco, I never saw anyone wearing a pair of speedos and big boots.
but search for any 7” figures as that works out to about 6ft tall in 1:1 scale.
tons and tons on eBay though mate.

Tam CC01 chassis, can this be built as a nice trail truck, last time i did one the steering was poor to say the least
