Not really, Prime is terrible at the moment, Disney+ is okay but only if you're into Disney/Pixar/Marvel stuff, a lot of their other films are already on the other platforms.

They probably all have really good content it's just pain to browse them and find it other than what they shove in front of you.

I discovered TikTok today, I see what you mean it's actually worse than adult sites in the sense of at least on an adult site it's expected but for a brand new account with no following, I'm seeing so much trashy content from people sexualising breast feeding to very young looking girls just acting with no class. 

I've got no issue against what people get up to, it's just tiktok seems like it doesn't know what it wants to be.

It's potluck with any courier at the moment, they are all flat out because more people are using them due to the royal mail strikes.

This means not enough staff so taking on agency workers to deliver, and they make no effort to find an exact address or care if they lob it over yours or a random neighbours fence.

Plus Hermes/Evri wasn't just voted the worst delivery firm in the uk for nothing.

They usually are the cheapest though.

I've used Evri quite a few times and usually arrange it through Packlink via Ebay.  Not many issues but the last three times it was a disaster and nothing but stress.  Evri blame Packlink and vice versa.  I've since learnt that Packlink is based in Italy (or somewhere like that).

Even the last couple of parcels coming here with Evri have taken a lot longer than they should have, over a week once they actually had the parcel and the last box took 2 weeks to get here after getting scanned at their warehouse.

Add in the  cyber monday and christmas increase and it's anyones guess when, or if, a parcel will arrive/be collected.

You're not the only ones.  Whilst I live in a 'rural' county, there is almost nowhere to run my 1/10 & 1/8 bashers round here anymore.  Various pieces of unused council land / waste ground have either been built on or more usually just fenced off with lots of warning signs but with nothing actually being done.  I'm OK for crawling / trailing round here, and there's a few indoor 1/10 & 1/12 / 1/14 clubs/tracks, but TBH I get the most enjoyment from just hooning around with a 1/10 or 1/8 MT or SCT, preferably with a couple of mates.  And that's what I find almost impossible to do round here these days ☹️  Will defo be selling a few off over the coming months.

I feel your pain mate, everywhere i used to go was just wasteland and i was moved on by either the "owners", security or police. BMX track has been closed for over a year now. Still thinking about buying another Hyper truggy though just to mess around with at the park.
Maybe just slim down the collection and stick to 1 or 2 for messing about with.

Hardly ever drive mine, but still reluctant to sell after putting so much into getting them just how I want them.

Eneloop used to be raved about years back.  I have some and they seem to hold their charge really well when not in use.  Watch out for fakes though and buy from a reputable source.

Same as @MrCakeI use Eneloop.
Seem to be reasonable batteries but in all honestly I have no comparison as they're my first set of rechargeable batteries since the late 90's. 

I rarely use mine but have those plus some Ansman ones.  The Eneloop I can leave sat unused for 8 months and they will still be fine when I go to use them.  The Asnman would be almost flat if left for that long and I think that is one of the benefits they push of the Eneloops.

I think the first remote had just one button,  people called them the clicker.  I see a vcr without a remote wire.  But you had to plug in a big receiver box to it.  Do you remember the pain of setting up a VCR  what a work up.

Huge push down keys.  did you know betamax was still being used by some tv /news stations up to a few years ago.    as they worked to well.   Did you ever see video 2000  could play/record on both sides like a music cassette

Well that would depend on things like what category the goods fall into - there are different rates of customs duty (payable on anything over £135 - item & p&p) for different items. and how much you'll be charged for P&P.  Then you have VAT @ 20% on the £ converted value, which is based on item+P&P+customs duty, so yes, you pay VAT on duty!!!

You need to tell us shipping cost as well, since that gets taxed as well.

I can see things getting alot worse as ARRMA / TRAXXAS have 1K cars  so a price jump could be done easily.

You go back 8-10 years in this very forum and there were some that are still around today trying to tell me that the Traxxas Slash Ultimate was good value at £500 or more.

 Allowing them to get away with it then has allowed them to get away with it today with people saying the same about the XMaxx.

the only sheds i have seen is the normal size that people have in their garden, no way did i know you can buy one as big as a flat.

Froggy  my old flat had more storage space than my 3 bed house.  If i had stayed in that place i could of kept my RC car collection.

Mine's all blockwork, not timber.  Getting it rewired in acouple of weeks, as it's spaghetti wired...and thats not good.

Also getting rid of the flouro lights, and replacing with flat panel LED lights.  Then I got a couple of rolls of insulation to go in the ceiling. Keep warm in the winter...and heat out in summer.
