  3. Installed the new Quicrun G2 combo into the old man's Outlaw. ESC held in with a zip tie until I see him next as he kept the body and I want to make sure it doesn't touch anywhere.

  5. sounds like your after a 17g metal gear you would need to remove and measure the one in the truck and see what size but maybe this would do you https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/234734549537?hash=item36a744fa21:g:p8YAAOSwzuVjSXMU&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAA0AQpAEjYGJpBkR5yiZg295WfsCmmdJxgEmBeGRID%2F%2BPIKt5Ntu1ZLDJTpIBA6rgvsLIocneb3uSfaVFdDlvVIq5l8JeFC%2F6KRe72T5%2FFPT9wEseq66xTkDwbal7PPlUbUBz%2BbZr5JuAJDp%2FXJwTGCOAmLoEqCnoASrxem5YZvFf3Ys8r5uBUoqMuJkH9qc6%2Fng6ThtrUXVztU%2F9fP0Z3vaFS3xgw2hoyIpdQ4N4SiIowW%2BgO17j0Qq%2FQyZgjc8DMchC4eLpfiAliNulzL2cy5X8%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR4qO-pC5Yg

  9. Thanks fella. just doing it now and it seems strange that the drive shaft pins don’t seem to be held in with anything and keep falling out. Am I doing something wrong? thanks.

  10. I know you appreciate decent photos here. However, I just completed my first build in over 30 years and needed a pic immediately! Unfortunately it's dark and raining outside so this is the best I can do atm. Better pics to follow.

  11. Decided to change title of this thread slightly.. so work has started on my gatekeeper /power wagon, i have taken the wheels and tyres of the Texan and refitted the originals as this will be sold soon, so the wheels are deep dish metals with Rocks tyre new super swampers, these are the 118mm diameter and a very nice tyre. I found a front bumper in my spares and thought hell why not so thats on, sorted some body posts so i can make some magnetic mounts for a Texan cab and had a play with body height, this is gonna be so easy....oh and while i was tinkering i pulled the stock servo out and fitted a 25kg MG from injora😎 The gatekeeper body is now listed for sale unused, i wont be using the grey Texan cab long term but will wait for them to come back in stock and do a fresh body in Spearmint colour paint. Need to get a flysky RX in and then tidy up the wires, but also waiting for an RX box to arrive from Injora

  12. Trip out with the Big Rock. First run since I put Granite wheels and tyres on and they seem to much better than the stock ones. Think these should have come with these in the first place, just feels more planted than before.

  18. After a brief hiatus, we took two out. Didnt want to go crazy so just blasted around a quiet grass patch local to us. I chose the XRT and my girlfriend chose the Sledge. Perfect 2 car bash garage really. Could happily live with my Tamiya's, the TRX4 and these pair. Hmmm
