Of course, given time, it will become illegal, these things do. The government is not happy about lost revenue for a start. I'm glad I'm off the stinkies, my fingers aren't yellow and my chest doesn't rattle. I want to be around as long as possible to watch the kids grow, then embarrass them when they start dating! They cant be allowed to do that, where will it end ?? im sure quite a few of you run nitro's with your kids, Im sure the exhaust gasses re quite toxic should they be banned from your garden ?? Or worse in public. Its all about a bit of common sence, i smoked for over 30 years but never when kids were close by and never in the car with my daughter, didnt need a law to tell me that. If we start letting the gov make new rules to limit what we can do in our own cars, houses it will never end. All it needs is common scence , if you could bottle it youd be an over night million air I agree with you there regarding the common sense mate, but unfortunately we seem to live in a world were common sense is hard to find, i think if we left it up to parents to make that decision then the type of people that smoke in cars with children wouldn't stop as I reckon it takes a certain type of person to light up a cigarette In a small confined space with a young pair of lungs taking it all in behind them. I was on the bus the other day and saw a lady smoking with small child in the back and her window was barely cracked coz it was raining bless her! She didn't wanna get wet or smudge her mascara but poor old toddler in the back has to take a lung full. I see your point with the nitro as well but im guessing whilst it is fairly toxic its diluted in open air as opposed to 5-10 mins of cigarette smoke in a small closed space, but like you say where do we draw the line? People who have kids need to be responsible enough to take proper care of them but unfortunately we regularly see that's not the case. Because the 2 other people who asked nicely and said please was told to f-off so I asked in a way he knew it was pi55ing not just me but others off. At the end of the day if I was doing something annoying and somebody asked nice and said please then I would put it away till the end of the film. Even if it was illegal it still didn't give me the right to threaten him but I did and I did because he was a tit and the fact he was doing it even more to annoy people. So do you think these parents who dont care about there kids will stop smoking in there cars ???? just because some guy in a suit said so ?? No me niether. When people ask me to stop, I weigh up the situation. Indoors, I'll either move away or stop, but not apologise. I would like to try this stuff out im sure it will work but still have my doubts then there's so many to choose from and bound to be fakes, ones to avoid and tbh ive not seen one used by anyone in my circles. Are there any health warnings at all even any stories of fake liquids or whatever? How much should I expect to pay for a good kit? Not the best but defo not sheesh. Are they magic lol jokes but do you need those plasters on top of the vape stick or do they provide nicotine levels like cigis do. I know someone who, never having smoked cigs, bought a vape to try and 'cure' themselves of a different type of smokeable substance, and is now completely addicted to their vape and uses it all day, every day?!?!? Which I think is probably funded by scared tobacco companies. But I do believe they might become just as addictive but if there harmless then who cares. Wheres the best place to buy and what are the best sticks and liquids if I do try it I wont quit smoking tgat day but ifvi can cut the amount of real cigs by half mayb that will be good. Are there any sites showing how best to use them to cut down and quit smoking what liquids and brands work best wether patches help im not intrested in trending with it I want it to do what they claim they can. I want a decent kit tho I don't want something crap and quickly forget about it. But ive not had a real cig since, and not wanted one because as above the liquid contains nicotine . Im quite sure there not good for you but there no where near as bad for you as cigs. Well long story short one day he turned up in a brand new Escort RS Turbo in red and I asked the obv where he got it blah blah blah and turned out he had quit smoking and in a year of him not smoking he put away what he spent a day on cigs and was able to buy a brand new car ( one of my fav cars may I add ) So smoking is just as expensive as this hobby where all sucked into Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thing is, as with so many things, what will the boffins be saying about them in say, ten years time? Will there be illnesses and respiratory conditions that can be linked to vaping?
