I clocked the Iiyama monitors right away. That's a sweet set up. 

 

Here's mine, though it's changed since to a MX279 and Optoma 120hz projector...

 

Delidded 8600k at 5ghz, now in a Lian Li DeBauer edition PC-011 case. Gallium based thermal paste on that puppy...still 97c on P95 🥴 otherwise it hangs around the 40-60c mark.

That's stunning. What do you use to clean them? I've got some GT85 (and WD40) and a soft toothbrush, but not sure how to set about to be honest. Mine are a bit dusty 😄

Ouch, was that in the oven?

 

I’ve heard of boiling them, but not cooking them 😳

 

I’ve been using acetone to melt the CA on mine today

boiling did not work, watched a YT video guy did 10 mins at 350f heat and tyres came of pretty easy, never mind a bit less clutter now

Fitted a hobbywing scud missile in my FTX carnage  .

So from a  NiMH brushed toddler  to lipo brusless  Usain bolt on steroids.  

 

With the speed its doing now   now I know what you guys keep repairing them .

what did you cook them with? A blow torch?

was worth a try, its such a waste to throw away usable rims.

shame but hey ho, really struggling to get wheels/Tyres for the vantage that suit my needs and chuffing manufactures not putting any spec like hex size, OD and with, already had to return a  set of 1/8th foams as they were for nitro or something like, now got a credit note i cant use, think i am just going to bargain basement all the cars and walk away from it

Dont do that m8 . Take a chill and go have a bash and you feel better.. oo you cant you don't have any wheels lol  just kidding.

I cant take credit for the cleaning I replaced most of the parts with brand new ones 😂

Well I used two batteys up today just zooming up down the street and around the garden.  

 

I think I need to slow it down a bit .as I'm not used to it this fast . .

 

But yeaa  it works on grass so well chuffed
