Can't wait to get my tamiya m03 on the road and blasting about :)

It was originally fitted with a hpi 15 with clash 21 brushed system

Soon replaced with a trackstar 80a 10.5 turn combo which I hope the m03 can handle it has the diff upgrade so I'm hoping all will be well and won't melt to smitherines!!

Just waiting on a pug 205 shell (Mardave v12) which I'm also hoping will fit!! And some 2s lipos..

Anyway hope ya like it :) any feedback on combo comparability is always appreciated :)

Tamiya M03 race car, I have built it to my local club spec but I'm yet to run it having only just finished it. The shell isn't Tamiya but suits the M03 chassis well. The decals were meant for something completely different but they suit the RS1 shell perfectly! The rear spoiler is from the Alfa 155 touring car but again looks just right on the little Audi.

And the inspiration for the shell

Hi all,

I was given this car as part of a deal over 20 years ago and i have no idea what it is. the steel braces were  a replacement as one of the frp ones was broken. I would very much appreciate if someone could tell me what it is so i can advertise it for sale.  Many thanks,

                                                                                                                    Adrian .

Thats a classic!  The front end and rear suspension setup screams to me it was made by BoLink in America in th early 80s, which exact model I'm not sure but the guys on Iconic RC on Facebook with know for sure, I a lot of American brands were churning out 1/10th scale pan cars with similar chassis styling cues around that time.

Looks fantastic... apart from the rugby posts!

Don't worry, the posts have been roughly trimmed. I've left an extra hole there in case I want to raise the body and put the rally tyres back on.
