Popular Post steephill
Anyone else got an SCX10 pro? I've built mine up. Still need to finish the body off. Nice to build as axial kits are.

stimpy
I hadn't actually seen the new chassis, certainly looks to have a few different geo options on it👍
Popular Post steephill
I've been doing a few hard bodies lately, never put them on any crawlers as the weight put me off. But I think they do look really cool. I picked up this Injora cherokee pick up body (jeep pick up truck is a comanche). Fits really good. Most of the trucks I have need lower rear shock towers or a cantilever shock setup to allow the rear bed to sit at the right height. Straight on at the correct height on the scx10 pro chassis. I tried to get the nardo grey Audi colour. The nearest I could get was ts32 haze grey. So in the picture the body is sat on the stock rear body mounts and the front bumper. Magnetic mounts would probably work. It would be good if I could swap the bodies reasonably easy, both bodies on magnetic mounts and the front bumper to change. The pictures aren't great and the body isn't finished, I was just curious to see if it would fit. I do think it looks pretty good.

Lone-wolf
Yep looks good on on the pro chassis, a mate used to run that same body on a 10 II chassis and it worked well
Andy-Roo
@steephill How would rate the 10Pro-any good? I bought a used roller today because it was too cheap to pass up.

I bought a used roller today because it was too cheap to pass up. Very good crawler in my opinion. I'm currently testing mine without any added brass parts. I've got brass hubs, knuckles and diff covers. You can get portals from axial. I'm going to keep the straight axles. Really nice kit to build. All the parts for axle or chassis mounted servo. Can't think of anything I don't like. Fusion Pro goes really well in it. The shocks work well. I did try a hard body to see what it looked like. Looks pretty good but I'm going to cliffhanger or a proline chevy body.

It really wasn’t on my radar…and another project on the go is exactly what I need 🤣..but I’m kinda excited about getting it now.
Andy-Roo
8 minutes ago, steephill said: @Andy-Roo Did you get new or used? It’s a used one. I saw it on eBay about a week ago, it was listed with a Yota hard body along with Power Wagon cab. I thought it was too expensive and moved on. Then yesterday (I think) I saw it again with a lower price but still wasn’t tempted by it. But today I got an eBay alert that the price had been slashed but it no longer included the Yota body, so I smashed the BIN button! So, although I don’t get to build it, the bargain price makes up for it.
