Also a nice field and recreation area in my hometown Easingwold, just north of York up A19, that has a small skatepark (hard to get run ups because of fences but okay for 1/10th, 1/8th).

Be good to know who else is in this area to meet up, share your spots to. I'm free this weekend I think, Sunday I'm building a ramp, so if anyone fancies meeting up maybe in the afternoon to give it a go that would be fun.

Otherwise 30/31st end of month?

There is a couple of us in York (yanto, wol ) so can get something frequent going.

I'm suprised you remember me from all those years ago to be honest! Just checked my join date and damn, doesn't feel that long ago! Good old days where the msuk forum was integrated onto the website lol.

Currently I have a traxxas rustler and mad bull both pretty stock and just got a traxxas stampede! Have other bits and bobs, but are considering selling them to buy a brushless motor or something that will make my cars go really fast! At the moment a silver can tamiya motor with 3300 battery feels really fast to me as i've not driven them for ages!

Also have a boat which I use on a local lake/pond

Everything seems to have brushless nowadays, it's hard to catch up with all the advances lol

There must be loads more around here, as otherwise modelsport would be not have their real life shop still going! Do you have an ad placed in there about bashes and stuff?

theres me too im in bridlington,end of carnaby industrial estate is great for most scales and the main stretch is good for drag racing and speed runs.dont have google earth so you guys will have to look it up.if you like the look of the place then can do 30/31st if you want to come through.

yes we was there a the beach bash at brid that was a gr8 day out

paul has a carson and ive just got a s/h hobbypro but having probs with the eng at mo:(

Really want something petrol, I keep looking for that perfect bargain. Keeps eluding me though.

Just tried White horse car park tonight,Tuesday must be swingers night up there!! Ha ha,the noise of the nitro must have put em off.lol!Nice flat car park,problem was the grass was to long to jump of the embakments surrounding the car park.

if weather is good i would like to see all you east yorkshire peeps here https://maps.google....=en&tab=wl.??It normally quiet here on Sundays a few dog walkers.This place is vast there are loads of areas to go. there is no parking costs as its the winter now so the council don't charge.fish n chippy and shops no more then five mins away. type in filey country park link doesnt seem to be working as in thought it would.

Which lake do you use in Bradford?

Bradford council don't like boats on their lakes.....neither do Leeds.....so looking for some where...cheers
