Especially for electrics. 3s on the 4s model should be a good pace, they are designed to be optimum on 4s, so 3s shouldn't be too bad. Definitely don't lack in the quality department of a LiPo for the sake of putting a connector on. Modelsport will be accessible, but will cost a lot more. Your ESC is probably 120amps. So 50C is more than enough. As long as your battery is providing more than your ESC needs, that's fine. That is the amps the LiPo puts out, or the equivalent. So it equals 250AMPS. As I said, my first post didn't have a mistake, it's the easiest way to explain it and work it out when buying a battery for someone who isn't that long into the hobby.
