When I first found this place I genuinely thought it was a Model Sport UK forum (as in the retail outlet in Otley) but obviously not. Well, at least I don't think so! Popular Post Nick Posted March 4, 2019 Popular Post Share Posted March 4, 2019 Gosh the history is a long one! It's 15+ years old now, I started it when I was about 14 in my bedroom. (I'm 30 now!!!). It was once on the Modelsport.co.uk website and was very basic, I was a moderator on there. It got closed down after a server crash lost loads of data. I volunteered to start a new one - and here we are! There's so much history to it, feel free to ask more specific questions and I'll be happy to answer them. It used to be called Modelsports Unoffical Forum, then we became a little more involved with each other, so became the MSUK-Forum (simply: Modelsport UK Forum). I worked for them for about 2 years when I was about 24/25 (but had dealings with them way before then, since the forum began basically). Other forums came later tried harder to succeed but are 404errors today lol. I suppose alot rides on the members too how they interact with each other. This forum has been famous for its freedom of speech and friendliness. Good mods good members = winner. I dont mean nick didnt try.
