Everything the same though, clothes, trainers etc. You cant compare countries rrps. Then on top of the US rrp, theres State tax, which is included in our price. Living costs/wages/tax etc are different country to country. Id personally rather pay more toys than pay for healthcare for example. Im glad I dont need a $300 a month direct debit for health care over here...

Don’t you pay National Insurance then?

Yes of course. But that doesnt cover the astronomical costs involved in Healthcare in the states.... Im in an above average paid job, and Im sure the amounts ill pay into that in my lifetime wouldnt even cover the costs of something major like treating a cancer usisng the American  pricing.

They're out and being used and abused. Cant see much difference mind between the new one on the left and old on the right

The guy ran an older shell on his new E-Revo 2.0 hence the body posts been installed on the new one

He did break the shock though on the first run....

I like the idea of the green one and everything but if no 3rd party that kills it for me. No thanks unless its upgradable like a true hobby rc. Not trx upgrades either.

Small breakage at the end, but seemed pretty tough otherwise.

I've just bit the bullet and bought one of these after deciding the extra money wasn't worth it for either the UDR or Xmaxx. If I can figure out how to upload pictures and videos on here I'll get a thread up, bash it and report my findings.

    I don't think a stock V1 would've survived any of this!

£608 in Germany. Not much better than wheelspin. The mini summit has a similar paint scheme now too. It is funky. Itd be green for me.

Wow that is a much better price damn.  I did search rcmart kits the other night ill try again on pc. Xmaxx is still my top choice but maintaining it looks more pricey than baja 5th money lol.

The 3rd party stuff im sure i wread here something trx trying to stop 3rd party. I auto believed it cos i know traxxas lol.

Ide love a revo my thunder revo picco 26 on here was my beast. Fell out with nitro and an erevo brushed annoyed me so much i couldn't be bothered to even try the bl combo i had ready and sold it all. The 2.0 sounded awesome at first. Now i wonder how close to 2.0 spec can the original get. It looks the same just updated but no major change a part or two cant update. Idk tho could be impossible or cost more than its worth.

So many rc wants just one pot of rc money lol.

Getting too far off topic, but if they're British, where are the damn parts? Do they just not bother to produce them?

All arrma products are made in Taiwan by Kingstar

Back on topic, I see they plumped for the vxl8 in the new Revo??

You tell me? So its just running the vxl6??

Not that it's a bad ESC by any means, my lad had one in a hsp truck and it went well.

Just didn't think running a vxl6 on 6s constantly was such a great idea?? I only run the vxl8 on 6s just to leave some headroom

I think the main issue was that fact it was in a big truck like the xmaxx and was working way too hard. It seems fine in the 2.0 but people upgrading to hobby wing max 6/8s for better punch and a all round better performing etc.
