  1. finishing off this re re cougar classic for Sunday, monthly old skool wooden floor racing at a local hall 🏎️
  2. I am lucky to have a heated workshop/ double garage.
  3. Ordered the chassis top brace, harder front and softer rear springs for the track.
  4. Bash site, next to a very busy road and a industrial warehouse, so no noise issues.
  5. This is the dirt track the car will see soon, hopefully the shop on site still stocks part worn tyre/ wheel combos, it just saves on the pennies, although I will then spend on something else 😁
  6. Could I have found a buggy which boasts being a worthy basher and with a few minor changes will hoon around a dirt track at HNMC….. First let’s see if the wheels will come off, having been pre warned they are tight, could not get the front ones off to start with, GT85 to the rescue. 🤣🤣. Managed to get an OTA HW WiFi unit to work with the ESC, so servo voltage upped to 7.4v, not expecting the stock servo to last to long, then a decent Savox will be fitted. Should get this out for a run tomorrow, nothing to crazy 🤪
  7. Just watched a vid from a guy in the USA at a track, car seems very capable, just need to change the tyres/wheels for grip and the shock oil/ springs. 😁
  8. changed out the stock radio for my preferred one, found the 4s used back in my Xmaxx days and they fit in the battery and time for a pinion change, 15t me thinks, 17t will only end in an expensive fix. 🤪
  9. Back to bashing with the above, very impressed with the quality for the price, few initial changes and then fix as they break. 😃
  10. Been concentrating on rc racing for the last couple of years and now looking to get a buggy to go bashing with again. After numerous searches and YT reviews I am looking at the Corally Syncro 4, any owners on here willing to pass judgement ?.

I have used them also, excellent service always. Maybe the buggy doesn’t need a the centre top bar, me over thinking 😆, but that won’t stop me getting one, all the way from Belgium. 😀
