They seem to have scaled it down perfectly.

    Regarding release...

"Full global release is next week, including here in the UK, but can confirm two versions, brushed RTR (in either black or blue) and a Kit self build spec with clear body and several option parts included. Stock due with us in UK in next 10-14 days, pre-orders will open next week once it has been officially launched"

    Ooh!

I love my EMB-T, very tempted to get it a stable mate.

Is it DMS whom will be doing pre-order’s?

    Now, rtr or kit, hmm!

    Cheers

Pre order for the kit version is in.

Hope to fit a brushless system once it gets here!

    Merry Christmas all!

Tempting at that price!  What brushless motor/esc combo are people thinking will fit?

I have a 16bl30 and a 3200kv 2040 motor to try. If that struggles, my other option is a 3900kv 2436, but don’t want to overpower it.

I'm going with a 16BL30 with a 2845 5900kv motor, looking at what a lot of the guys are running in mini B classes the hotter motors seem to be more popular.

Looking in my spares I have a 35amp ESC that came with an EMB-MT and a 2845 4400KV Surpass that could be good assuming the ESC is small enough and that the 2845 isnt too large!?

Some more pictures have been released and for the money unless it's made of cheese it's a proper bargain.

What size tyres are these using?

Also quite tempted but think they'll have no hope of dealing with the bumps at our track at the moment

That does look really nice, I nearly pulled the trigger but wanted to see more details like this.

Makes my glad that I have a pre-order in!

It looks like the photo model has an EMB motor and esc, I don’t want to overpower mine so going to try it with a 3200 and 3900 brushless first, with/without gyro, to see which suits my ability to drive and what fits in best.

Is it OK to paint rc bodies at this time of year?

    Cheers

Probably not a good idea when we had sub zero temps but think double digits upwards should be ok but the warmer the better really.

I've painted stuff in the past few weeks when it's been low single digits with help from a hair dryer. If you take your time it's completely achievable

Did anyone get their dispatched yesterday?  I held off as have been bitten by 'expected by x date' before, especially when it comes to LCRacing.  Just wish they were readily available from the likes of Modelsport.

They’re still showing as “expected 20th” and not had a balance payment request, so not available yet.

    Maybe later today?
