Itz just the light controller you want. You can make the light pods and mayb need others anyway. Theres a tutorial thread on building pod leds soldering them up. Its very easy i improved my soldering making them. Get some loose 5mm leds, wire and light pods needed. I think pods all use the same pattern for leds? So will be as simple. To fit a D90 shell you need to extend the links by 12mm, cheapest and quickest way is to use brass pc stand offs.

The answer is yes BUT you need side pieces, I think are you on Face Book? there is a OUTBACKERS - RC but is closed but sure they'd let you join, and there is FTX Outback and Outback Mini Owners club (The real Outbackers) both pages are very good and there is a chap called Keith? I'll find him for you who make 3D printed sides and bits, there are also pdf files of how to do - for download - hope this helps Fred

Looks like he does Mark, it looks red, unless the shaft is red? You could always shim it, but that kind of movement is usually a bearing inside the gearbox, or maybe the little plug thing has come out of the other side of the gearbox, or it's got worn. It might be just my eyes, but towards the end of the video, you can see the bearing moving back and forward inside it's recess in the gearbox, so I'd say it's just the plastic wearing on your gearbox. Personally as long as there's no up/down movement, I wouldn't worry. The gears will still mesh and if it still spins freely and it won't foul anything either, I'd just run it. Failing that, whip the gearbox out and check for wear in all the bearing recesses.
