  6. +1 for that Hobbyking combo, it's what I currently run in my Carnage. I quite like the Hobbywing 10BL60 speedo and 3656 3800kv combo, I have one in Miper v4x4.

  7. Budget? On a lower budget i'd usually recommend this: https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-trackstar-waterproof-1-10-brushless-power-system-3520kv-80a.html Though annoyingly the price has ratcheted up again. On a more ample budget then the Hobbywing Max10SCT ESC and a 4 pole leopard / hobbywing motor of ~4000kv would be what I'd use - as it would happily transplant into pretty much any other 1:10 - though your looking at more like £100 unless you can pick a motor up cheaply.

  10. Yes, however, as you use the tongue as a method of application, I'm not sure the vid would send the right message..... Lipo lickin', on the other hand......

  11. Only on the stock can to be fair, even the 101 year old geezer round the corner enjoyed watching me on the back grass last summer

  12. More body posts, suspension arms & pins, perhaps even front and rear diff gears. Would even suggest dog bones, it's a pain when one falls out in grass after you hit something. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. Here's a bit of footage I forgot all about, it was really just some testing, I was testing how it ran with 5T wheels and tyres, how the engine/pipe combo coped with the extra weight and also testing my onboard mount to see if the footage came out any good

  16. Rear plates made these at the mo will be special order, they are 4mm and are for the TR brake mount set up. If one requires one to fit stock brake mount then this is no bother, and can be later modded by the end user if you decide to fit the TR mount. These are beefed up and based off the stock design weight comes in at 37.8g carbon stock is only 3mm and comes in at 42.6g TR rear plate 66.5g I've machined these on both sides because the pocket that's needed to clear the plastic brake hex washer, so fit and forget with no no binding washers. Ignore the steel dowels they are just used to line the part up to machine the underneath, these are also chamfered on the bottom side. Price will be £34.99 1st class signed for UK post and a lead time of 2 days.

  17. Having said that. it may have been the fact that the cover as there as the stone couldn't get out. I shelled out for a whole new gearbox for mine as I wanted spares. Came with the rubber stopper. Believe i payed 30 quid.

  23. Fun track last night, no huge jumps but it did flow really well and was fun too drive. Finally got a nice Table top corner down with some carpet, a 'Slingshot' style banked corner and drift inspired lino corner just to catch you out! Good turn out with the tenths and micro's so thanks for coming and see you next week.
