Lol, best to go somewhere else where you can run your car, not worth the ball ache. And don't want people to start complaining and giving rc'ing a bad name. Considering the speed some go at, could raise concern with certain folks. You'll find some people appreciate and will tell you to crack on. Got to be responsible that's all. And if some bellend acts up just ignor them and be the bigger person and look for alternative place to run your rc. Again I know and understand your argument but some people ain't worth it.

Yes it's still brushed as when I tried it it was quite quick enough for the typical lounge or hallway. Brushless would be OK if you had plenty of open space to run it in. John

Yep been there coiled it up then got it in place to realize id put it in wrong way round so i had to let it spring back out and start again

I have got to say I'm also the play station generation but there's no reason to make up your own spellings for words. Even if it's a single letter shorter. Iirc even phones nowadays have a full keyboard so having to press 7 four times is not a problem. Take it from the other end of the stick, I'm dyslexic and it took me literally twice as long to read it. Also completly missing words out of a sentence *No decides to threate me.so I said causing no bother.* read that out of context and it makes no sense. Anyway, just a bit of forum etiquette. On to the noise issue. Just record anything that happens on your phone, if he comes out with a hammer, he gets a warning the second time he does it iirc it's 3 months inside (same for knife crime) If not, just smile and blow him a kiss, then convert to brushless and everyone will be happy

Never ordered online because i go instore (only 25 mins away),However when i have been in store,the member off staff normally goes onto the WSM website to check the stock ( I COULD OF DONE THAT AT HOME),but if the item is infront of them, then they will show you.Rubbish stock system indeed. Out of the 4 members of staff i've come across (their could be more),i've only found one guy to be great,so i normally go to him first!

Same old Wheelspin

Took the HB out on 3s up the woods, scrubbed the blitzer rears almost flat and killed a pair of rear outer hub bearings (through tightly wound grass/dog hairs) from excursions off the path! Swapped to the Carson a/t set up, replaced the bearings and took her out again; silly performance, much better traction, however the jerry rigged ESC fan packed up and cut the run short

No proper cave anymore, however, provided our new house purchase goes through, I have a 28'x8' garage all to myself, which is going to be turned into a PROPER man cave....pics will come in due course...

I notice quite a bit of slop though. has anyone tried, or considered shimming the wheel bearings? so that the play/gap between axle and wheel bearing is taken out?

Running your car in a public place may possibly be against some by laws so before you go shouting about what's what check your rights first and make sure its not you breaking the rules .. Just remember not everyone really wants an annoying nitro blasting up and down outside there house just because you like the noise and smell doesn't mean we all do..sometimes there needs to be a bit of give and take on both sides to have a happy medium .. No one has the right to get in your face thou for whatever reason and threaten you with a hammer is a bit extreme to say the least.. In this case i'd have called the cops as it seems there would have been no reasoning with a drunken mad man with a hammer .. Well that's the polite version anyway

i've run largescale in both ashford areas i know and at mote park, so yea, you can run them if you want yea its abit big. the main place people meet is at the bmx track, easiest way to get to it is to go behind the swimming pool and walk over the big field towards the trees, fairly long walk, goes past 3 or 4 foot pitch set ups. from the back of the swimming pool it you look towards the play park at the gate (you willl know what i mean when you get there) the bmx track is at your 3 o'clock for a general direction, goes slightly down hill just before you get there so you can't see it until about 50-100 feet away, was abit over grown when i went there last but usable.
