Right, first off the bad news... I crashed my baja and ripped the head off the steering servo.. Fantastic :(

So i repalced it with a hitec HS5755MG :D

Got some nice roll cage risers to stop my dom melting my wing :P:D

I also got front and rear TR braces for the shocks :D looks awesome and goes with the theme...

I'm totally amazed at how much its changed in the few months i have had it :lol:

had it out for a troubleless tank today :D (Click it :lol: )

Sadly, dad didnt have as much luck. Some how his spur gear stripped, no idea why - could it be that he hit a brick at near WOT? i dont think so as it ran fine for a while after the accident... aw well, new one ordered. :good:

Yes could well be the fact he hit the brick at WOT

Could have shocked, or even chipped a tooth, will run for a bit, till that breaks off, then it can strip the rest away with ease

You do get it when people land at WOT off a jump an the wheels hit the deck, an the diff send the power back to the spur, an it can either damage it, strip it, or do nothing, kind of the luck of the draw

But i would think thats the most likely cause, if your dad had an INCIDENT :whistling: with the BRICK :lol::good:

Had it gone, while just driving about an NOTHING had happened all day, then it would be harder to suss out why it went :good:

Thats reassuring Mark, thanks buddy :D bought a new gear set (hostile) have 2 on the way, 1 each - 18/56 and 19/55 the question is, which would give MINE the edge... i dunno which one i want yet :lol:

Couple of new pieces added - Cut my Dom and used some silicone tube to make a manifold (cheers Mark :good: ) and added a hextronic voltmeter to the side of the engine :good: somewhere i can always see it without needing to get my baja naked in the cold :lol:
