I originally had the TA-02SW 993 GT2 like your shell and the Tamico 934. I paid around €400 Euro for both at the time, but sold them. Theyre probably over a grand now 😞 L&L have what they call kit in bag m-06 chassis for £75 and the body is about £24, you would need a set of wheels, but it would be a low cost scale 911, mine has a lot of alloy hop ups that may well of cost more than the stock car alone, if you go for it watch out the m06 is a bit odd as to what wheels fit, you need slightly smaller diameter tyres and negative offset

Popular Post MrCake
New DumboRC transmitter. Comparing to my GT5 I would say the GT5 maybe feels a tiny bit more premium in the hands but the interface is much nicer on the Dumbo. Metal wheel is a nice option and does boost the feel of it. This was an easy order for me already having quite a few cars with an X6F/G receiver in them. I was a bit stupid with the receiver choice that came with the transmitter and didn't realise it had the tiny molex connectors so will need adaptors if I ever use it.

Popular Post Kpowell911
A special one for me In my midlife crisis! Im trying to get as many "iconic" at least to me cars from Gran Turismo 3, but in Tamiya form. Ive also tightened my rules and where possible, they need to be very very good condition, preferably on a new to me chassis. I present the Xanavi R34 GTR on a TB-02. Built but never ran. Please note the wheels have spacers and the body has no body clips so it wouldnt run like this. Cant wait to get a pic of this with my others. Dont think Ive ever had a TB02, seems A very nice chassis for 2003! All thats left now is a Pennzoil & Calsonic R34 GTR and a Raybrig NSX! And a lottery win! Kpowell911
Im over the moon with it! Nothing these days quite looks like this era of Tamiya IMO. Could just be nostalgia. Crazy I know but owning this means more to me than bashing one of my Traxxas'! I really need to get my butt into gear and sell some so I can buy some "investments". Thats what I call them anyway haha!

I've owned from the M03-M07 and they all use M4 nuts, tamiya reuse as much as they can across their models there's a lot of common parts with order models of that era. MrCake
Some adapters to be able to use the small receiver. Wasn't convinced I had ordered the correct ones as they took some convincing to fit, but tested and seems fine. The adapters kind of make the small size pointless, but I might find a use at some point. Pic next to standard receiver in case anyone was interested in seeing the size difference.

He sells a lot of tamiya spares as well, great guy to deal with.
