Hello,

I have put a new motor in a car and a new throttle and receiver both in car and hand but when I put the hand set for forward the motor goes in reverse!! Any idea what this could be?

switch the motor wires around or try reversing throttle on the transmitter 🙂

Brushed or brushless motor? Have you calibrated the ESC?

Hi I have calibrated the ESC but still the same end result and it is a brushless motor

Can you try swapping two of the motor wires over with each other? Shouldn’t matter which two you swap (as long as it isn’t a sensored motor/esc combo).

as big ginge says try switching 2 of the 3 wires on the brushless motor, can you give us any more info on what esc it is and the motor?

 

also what receiver and transmitter are you using?

 

the more info we have the better we can narrow it down, it sounds like something easily solved if we get more info 🙂

 

theres thousands of esc and motor combos we need info before we can help 🙂
