What gears do I need for a bynco subaru gearbox

I have recently bought a bycom subaru and it does like to go forward it sounds as if the gears are stripping inside I have had them out and greased them up what can I do next

Isnt this the one you “built” from a magazine?

Yeah it is but I'm sure you could buy them built from the factory in Spain (I think), there's loads of bits on eBay but I'd say don't waste the money as it's a basic and not very good chassis, I'd look at a tamiya tt01e or tt02 they are better than the bymco by a long way

It's just a cheap one to start me off I'm looking at putting a complete new gearbox in as it is cheaper to do that with metal gears what do you guys think ?

Yes it is but I bought it built with the impression it was an rtr but the description was wrong on it as the gears in the gearbox are all chewed up

Hmmm. I think youll struggle to be honest, Other than getting lucky on eBay or maybe try contacting the magazine?
