Morse0911 Posted August 26, 2020 Share Posted August 26, 2020 Well it’s my wife’s actually but she wanted it modding so ... - chassis strengthening rails - 35t brushed motor - winch - new light system - trx4 landrover front light mouldings - 3D printed wing vents and rear light cluster - front light bar - some very cosmetic changes Goes over everything my mates TRX4 goes over. Would be nice to have high/low range box and remote locking diffs ... but I think LiPo upgrade next... I can’t justify >500 notes for a trx4, and really want to pee off my mate!! LolAlso, thought about brushless but would that reduce torque? The canyon uses much bigger diffs than the trx4, the lockers wouldnt be compatible you also would need to use the trx4 axles that are also much shorter than the kanyons 1/8th scale wheelbase width. The kanyon used ftx outlaw parts, so you could put in limited slip diffs (bluetak / earbuds in the diff to semi lock it) you would need new diffs as yours will be missing the spider gears id imagine as they are locked.
