damn right they do, im surprised we haven't attracted the attention of Big Gaz yet. He's a proud cc01 owner

Ben.

Give him time ;)

im here guys, fresh off my hols were i did take my cc01 with me.

now the only bits of advice i can give from experience is,

rubber sheilded bearings throughout.

alloy steering link kit is a must.

get rid of all the sloppy ball connectors (tightens up the steering no end)

50-60t motor is about perfect for running 2s lipo or 6 cell nimh.

there the basics but spec on mine (if i remember it all) is,

tekin heavy duty 45t motor,

axial ae2 esc,

savox servo,

home made rear 4 link kit,

junfac under skid plate,

junfac driveshaft,

alloy wheel hexes,

rubber sheilded bearings,

radshape front sump guard from a toyota fj40 (made to fit),

alloy front arms,

alloy c-hubs,

alloy steering knuckles,

cvd`s

all new top links and steering links using traxxas rod ends,

alloy steering kit,

kit wheels slightly weighted with abisma 90mm tyres,

custom dislocation rear suspension for more travel,

re jigged the chassis to suit my needs.

i can get more detailed pics if needed....

Looks great Gaz, love the Pajero body, think I prefer it to the dodge ram body you had before. Sounds like its an awesome car underneath, I wish I had the money to throw some more stuff into mine.

Asia tees mate, very reasonable for hop ups......

Yeah I prefer the jero but it was a case of waiting for a new one to pop up for sale......

Mine has never so much as turned a wheel in anger, and rests resplendent on a shelf, looking pretty and not earning me a small fortune in appreciating value as the years pass by, in fact, I think I'd lose money if I sold it  :xd:  :xd:

It is a red Pajero, with some hop ups and gorgeous wheels....that is all.

I meet thy challenge: fresh, still in the cabinet, I give you, (badly photographed) Noj's Pajero:

pajero2_zps5dad5358.jpg

pajero3_zpsa10f3a8f.jpg

It is red, and shiny, with gorgeous rims, some ally bits under the back end, I think some working lights, and an esc/motor combo of some description. A servo as well probably....

It may have been rtr, or artr, I cannot remember. Why I am shelfing it? Again, I cannot really say, other than it is a clean example and I just don't do going slowly....I have tried it, I appreciate the beauty and quality of many of the rigs out there, just not for me  :whistling:

If the right offer was made, I'd probably sell it.....as I have more shelfers than space  :xd:

Gluee'm with HPI tyre glue and use foams inside tyres. Makes a massive difference.

The glue dissolves or weakens after awhile if you're like me driving it in mud and rough terrains so you will need to re-glue em every 2 months or so. Also it will prevent slipping if you submerge the truck in deep mud like I do.
