If you go for a Tamiys MFC you need analogue servos 👍 Me I’m going HW1080 here on outwards, kit motor strangled by esc rather than a 80 turn crappy carson thing us my advice!

I was planning on going with the mfc to start with, and then upgrading to a Servonaut if that’s possible with retaining the lights and wiring from the mfc, I understand the leds are glued in.

I  have a similar problem, on the local buggy track i can drive my sct round it perfectly if i go clockwise, but anticlockwise  is pathetic ☹️

Finished stickering up the GT3. Far from perfect but its a stunning shell. Id recommend painting the black bits on the bumper and side skirts with PS5 (instructions only tell you to paint the rear diffuser and engine cover black, and use stickers for the rest). 
 

The wheels look a little lost, I think it should have the Wide Rear axles, but they werent included on my C Parts tree? If I buy a spare C Parts tree it looks like theyre included though?  Any ideas?

Opened the Boom Racing Series III for the first time and was surprised to find a full blown tool kit in the box! 

Went on to read the manual and register the vehicle. Upon doing so, it pinged up a ‘service announcement’

Claimed the items and they are on the way free of charge.  Now that is what I call service!

After a brief hiatus, we took two out. Didnt want to go crazy so just blasted around a quiet grass patch local to us. I chose the XRT and my girlfriend chose the Sledge.

 

 

Perfect 2 car bash garage really. Could happily live with my Tamiya's, the TRX4 and these pair. Hmmm

Last weekend took the coyote and dc1 up to a crawler track.

Trip out with the Big Rock.  First run since I put Granite wheels and tyres on and they seem to much better than the stock ones.  Think these should have come with these in the first place, just feels more planted than before.

Installed the new Quicrun G2 combo into the old man's Outlaw.  ESC held in with a zip tie until I see him next as he kept the body and I want to make sure it doesn't touch anywhere.

Made a custom modification to the shell of my Kraton by flipping it and scraping it along a hard surface for 15 feet

After a couple of weeks not doing anything with RC’s decided to paint the cc-02 Range Rover project really unimpressed with the quality of the shell 🙄 the stickers are so thin they rip when taking them off the sticker sheet the window wipes snapped so can’t use them and had to make more holes for the font body posts I’m thinking of using the original unimog body and trying to make something out of that or look for something else 🤔

Started breaking in a new 21 Fastrax Enduro bump start engine. Usually I strip and check all the internals before running but not this time. I quickly noticed one of the backplate screws was backing out and the revs suddenly remaining high. Now stripped, checked, carb slider greased, and backplate resealed. Back up and running as it should, few more tanks to go.
