Hard to do?

 Easy enough. I used these

Glue/zip tie the cage onto the top of the tray and trim excess plastic. 

 

A vent is also recommended so your ESC doesn't boil! You also need to cut down an old body post, and stick/screw it onto the bar across the servo, and drill a hole in the tray to fit.

 

I can do a thread on it tomorrow if you like.

Thanks, do they work well on AstroTurf?

Yet to test it, my local track is Astro so will be down there once motor comes and I solder it all up.

 

They are soft and are like mini pins really so I'd say they will work well on there.

 

Hopefully not well enough to grip roll, if so then I'll lower the truck.

I had to lower my sct410.3 and add a lot of droop so that the arms are flat with the chassis, that helped a lot. Try and get you shell as low as possible.

They look like nice tires, I hope they work out well.
