Yuki Model have introduced the iSDT SC-620 multi-chemistry DC charger. At 9 to 30VDC input the device allows for up to 20A of charge current thanks to its powerful 500W circuitry while 15W of discharge power make discharge rates of up to 5A possible. An integrated 1A balancer for up to 6S LiPo packs makes for swift, safe and convenient charging and balancing of LiXX battery packs and the charger is also usable with the latest generation LiHV packs. Sporting a plastic case, measuring 115x130x52mm and weighing in at 289g the device is a pretty compact affair and it becomes available by end of September!

Agreed, good charge rate, but poor discharge rate.

On the basis my iCharger 4010 can only do 2A discharge (unless to a big lead acid) with fancy heat sinks and fans, how can something made of plastic achieve 5A discharge?

Dunno, but my Hyperion will do a 10A discharge.
