The Williams family have voiced their opinion on their lack of screen time!

@babylon @Alex97No disrespect to Williams, who are without a shadow of a doubt, a historical legend, why would they warrant screen time? DTS is really for casual viewers, and the average viewer isn’t going to tune in and hear about Williams? Haas get screen time cause of Guenther, who Id imagine is playing a little bit of a persona to the camera.

Lets suppose they did show Russell’s weekend in the Merc, it would make Williams look even worse IMO. Here’s a guy who is scrapping at the back their car, and after a few days in a seat that doesn’t fit, pressing the wrong buttons on the steering wheel in Lewis’ Merc, he dominates. They’d look even more shambolic!! How bad is their car, if one of the best drivers on the grid isnt even getting into the points?

Haas got almost a whole episode and they were on level with Williams most of the season, like you said the way Guenther is no doubt helped.   A historic team being sold is massive news and George Russel being called up for a mercedes drive and how the race panned out would have made for great viewing. I'm not saying give them a whole episode or anything but 10-15 minutes from a 8 hours of content wouldn't have hurt. Zero screen time was a massive kick in the teeth as he had some stella performances in that 💩 box and yes the Williams family are to blame for the down fall as was the old F1 structure, the new cost cap should solve a lot of the problems as it was getting out of control!
