  1. here she is, XR5 Max Pro with few upgrades, center diff (roller contains only solid bar) but not sure at which point I'm gonna use it and brushless kit this is my first large scale and I must admit I'm impressed from quality and finish of this car, of course it cost a lot of money but if I consider size of these parts and compare them to i.e. 1:8 scale it's not that expensive anymore but of course not cheap by any means Specs: https://www.rcmax.co.uk/product-page/mcd-xr5-max-factory-team-spec-1-4-scale-rally-car and this is the drive shaft system I was talking about earlier, wish more brands even in smaller scale jumps on the same technology train

  3. Try setting punch to lowest level, that'll take some strain off of the batteries.

  4. What model ESC is it? It should beep a faulty code. Shut down like that could be thermal but I would of expected it not to cut back in that quickly as it would need to read a temp drop. I had a similar fault were it would cut out as in loss of drive but still had steering it would then either not bleep or bleep the code for LVC and then kick back into life. Turned out the lipos I had weren’t up to the burst current draw, now running better batteries and it’s working great 👍🏼 Just noted you do list model so see below

  7. Team Chase rear shock towers turned up today, nice and beefy Used the existing rear section of the chassis just to mock up the back end for now. when the Modified RC part comes next week I will transfer it all over. I need some better ball joint ends for the rear where the upper rear arms connect to the uprights, the ones I have now have a ton of play between the ball itself and the plastic part, does anyone know of someone that does metal ball ends? Rear shocks are more than likely going to be Innovative RC, the ones that are on there now are a bit naff, even with no oil or spring on them they get stuck just pushing the piston up and down, there is definitely nothing bent but the whole thing just seems to jam up and stick.

  8. Arrma Kraton for sale, not had this too long, but it's just not for me, I really just enjoy my 10th scales more and have more suitable places to run them, they're also a lot more convenient for transporting on my motorbike. This runs great, no crunching or issues, it is used so does show some signs of use. It's running a HobbyWing 2000kv combo which performs flawlessly. It does include radio gear, I just completely forgot to picture it, same with LiPos, I have a pair of brand new 5000 4s packs, one still has the sticker over the connector, the others been used 3 times, will get pictures of these items if needed. Two shells, two complete sets of wheels and tyres, T-bone front bumper and uprated springs. Nothing much else to say about it really, it's just a good honest basher. May consider a trade an electric 10th scale, but really hoping to free up some funds after a few unexpected bills. Looking for £240 posted including PayPal fees.

  9. ScalerFab also does some nice bumper. Will take a few weeks to get to you though as they are made to order. I like that body but I'd probably run smaller tyres on it or get the body lower.

  10. Hobbyking is way ahead of ya. The truck, imho, is ugly as sin - and i find the focus on PUBG (what's next, Fortnite shopping cart?) stupid. Not a fan.

  17. How very dare you?! We all know that Traxxas built the Bismark, and that went on to sink Hood! Sorry, couldn't resist. I've said before how much I like some of the offerings from Traxxas, but the engineering is lacking, the electronics are even worse, and this is all at prices that are offensive. This truck does look good, but at the asking price it should be free of weaknesses, completely. It won't be.
